Membership Payments and Packages
Green Fee Packages expire at the end of each financial year and cannot be carried over. All fees are due for settlement by no later than 30 July 2023.
Any change to your membership category, must be submitted in writing to the Club’s membership department by no later than 15 June 2023
Subscription fees: will increase by an average of 7%, in line with CPI.
Member Green fees: These will increase very nominally.
Green Fee Packages (upfront rounds): All member rounds will be ‘zeroed’ at the start of the new financial year (1 July 2023). Golf Members wishing to purchase a Green Fee Package for the new financial year, will be required to submit the request in writing with their membership renewal. Members who purchase the Composite/Unlimited Package before 1st July 2023 will receive 12 x Complimentary Rounds to use at their discretion.
ROUND PACKAGES: Available Only for Full Golf Members, 6 Day Golf and Country Members

Your pro forma invoice is available upon request and will mirror your current subscription set-up, OR this will be distributed to you automatically on 8 June 2023.
Once your payment has been reflected, the tax invoice will be generated and sent shortly thereafter, but not before the start of the new financial year (1 July 2023). Upon settlement of your annual fees, you acknowledge being bound by the Club’s Constitution, its rules, regulations, policies and by-laws per the terms and conditions stipulated. It is important to note the provisions of the Constitution and that your membership is an annual fee/commitment for the period 1 July 2023 – 30 June 2024.
Upon settlement of your 2023/2024 subscription, you are liable for the subscription category of choice. A member cannot downgrade or change category through the financial year as this can negatively affect the budget of the Club and its’ business model. If you wish to upgrade your membership category, this can be done at any stage on a pro- rata basis. If you wish to change your membership category, this must be done in writing by 15 June 2023.
